THis patient underwent radical radiotherapy for Gleason 7 (4+3) prostate cancer. After 4 years his PSA started to rise. He underwent a further transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy where 4 out of 8 cores contained Gleason 8 (4+4) prostate cancer. He was being considered for cryotherapy and underwent an MRI.
