Question 1

These patient had a previous Dukes C rectal cancer. He presented with a 2 month history a weight loss, anaemia, malaise, recurrent UTI's, and left loin pain. An ultrasound revealed a left sided hydronephrosis. The subsequent retrograde pyelogram is shown below.
